Okay, the idea of taking care of yourself physically is not ground-breaking news! But, maybe you have never made the connection for yourself. Many health insurance companies are now offering discounted gym memberships in effort to keep their employees healthy-both physically and mentally. In trying to figure out what kind of exercise you should do, my only suggestion is that you keep trying until you find exercise you ENJOY. If you don’t enjoy the activity, you are less likely to stick with it.
