Benefits of Test Anxiety

Yes, you read that title correctly! Whenever I work with clients who feel anxious, I try to point out some of the positives of being anxious. For example, anxious people are often well prepared, on-time, and “on top of things.” While common sense might tell us that test anxiety leads to lower scores, this article reveals just the opposite for students who have a high-working memory capacity.
