E-Fast?

Feeling anxious or depressed? How about an electronic or social media fast? Whenever I have suggested this to students in the past, they have often responded with a look of shock or responded that they get anxious if they have to go more than a few minutes without checking their phone.  If you think it’s impossible for you, all the more reason you should give it a try.
