The old adage, “You are what you eat” is showing itself in mental health. Eating whole (real) foods can truly impact your physical and mental health. Two good rules of thumb:
- Stick to the outer perimeter of the grocery store when buying food.
- Ask yourself: would my grandmother eat this or even know what this is? If the answer is no, keep it on the shelf and keep it moving!
