Fall Stress

We have officially said “good-bye” to summer with fall’s arrival on Saturday. And, depending on where you live, you might have been enjoying the chilly fall mornings for the last few weeks. With fall comes new obligations–school schedules, sports, and other activities for the kids. Not to mention the other fall activities that you need to fit in–the community yard sale, the fall festival, trips to the orchard, and yard work. While these can and should be FUN activities (ok, maybe not the yard work), they sure can squeeze the life out of us. Oh, and  do I need to mention that the holidays are only around the corner?
