We need to watch our words. For a lot of reasons, but primarily for the sake of our daughters, nieces, and any younger women in our lives. When you complain about your stomach, your thighs, your awful-fill-in-the-blank, she hears you. She soaks it in. And, darn it, she will remember your comments and then question her own body.
Love your body– you get only one. And if you don’t love it, do the best you can to take care of it, and make peace with it.
